Therapeutic Approach
When our basic needs of safety, security, and healthy relationships are not as they should be, it can make a huge impact on our physical and mental health. I strive to create a safe, open, accepting, and collaborative space. My desire is to help others not only have symptom relief, but also be able to track the patterns that get them stuck so that they can be more empowered to change the outcome as well as accept the things they cannot change. After years of interaction and contact with many types of people and issues, forming positive attachments plays a vital role.
I use emotionally focused therapy as a doorway into connecting the body, mind, emotion, and behavior in the context of our relationships and daily interactions.
