Thank you for visiting my page. I am a dually licensed marriage and family therapist in California and Hawaii. I have a passion for helping people get from where they are to where they want to be in their lives and relationships.

Life is not meant to be journeyed alone. It can have many different seasons that require specific attention and care. I am privileged to work with couples, individuals, and families as we grow and navigate life together. It takes a lot of courage to look inward and reach out and I am inspired by my clients in their perseverance and openness.
